It was such a pleasure meeting Aziel and his wonderful family for his 6-month portrait session! He gave us so many adorable smiles and was such an amazing little guy throughout his session.

Aziel loved exploring all the fun props, giving smile after smile as we captured his playful personality. We even included a little cowboy-themed setup that his mom requested, which turned out to be such a fun and memorable idea!

I can’t wait to see how much he’ll have grown by the time we do his big 1-year session. This session was such a joy, and it was the perfect way to celebrate Aziel’s first half-year milestone. Happy 6 months, sweet baby boy! 💙

Meet Edward: The Sleepiest, Most Adorable Little Guy

Oh, where do I even begin with Edward’s newborn session? From the moment he arrived, it was clear this little man was in charge of the calm vibes. Edward was such a sleepy, adorable bundle of joy that not a single peep escaped his tiny lips the entire time! You'd think with all the posing and gentle handling he might get fussy—but nope! I truly believe he loved every moment of being pampered. There’s just something magical about a baby who knows how to enjoy the spotlight quietly.

Luxurious Locks and the Sweetest Little Face

Now, let’s talk about that hair. Edward had the most beautiful, thick, dark hair that framed his delicate little face perfectly. It’s the kind of hair every newborn photography client dreams about because it adds character and charm to every shot. Paired with his serene expressions and tiny features, each photo was brimming with warmth and innocence. Capturing these details made me fall even more in love with this session.

Pure Joy Behind the Lens

Working with Edward was an absolute delight. His peaceful nature and sleepy smiles made my job flow effortlessly. Every pose was met with sweet calmness, allowing me to focus on creating timeless keepsakes for his family. Moments like these remind me why newborn photography is so special—it’s about freezing these precious, fleeting days in time.

Welcome to the World, Baby Edward!

Having portraits taken of your newborn baby is a special way to capture precious memories that will last a lifetime. When choosing a newborn photographer, it's important to look for someone who can provide a full-service, personalized experience.

One thing to consider is the color scheme for your baby's portraits. Soft pastel colors like light blue, pink, or cream are popular choices for newborn photos as they create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. You can discuss color preferences with your photographer to ensure the portraits match your style and vision.

Another important aspect to look for in a newborn photographer is their ability to include cherished family mementos in the photoshoot. Whether it's a special blanket, a favorite stuffed animal, or an heirloom passed down through generations, incorporating these items into the portraits adds a personal touch and makes the photos even more meaningful.

A full-service personalized experience means that the photographer will work closely with you to create a customized photoshoot tailored to your preferences. This can include selecting props, backgrounds, and poses that reflect your family's unique style. The photographer may also offer additional services such as photo editing, album design, and print options to ensure that you receive high-quality, professional portraits of your newborn.

By choosing a newborn photographer who can provide a full-service, personalized experience, you can create beautiful portraits that capture the essence of your baby's first moments and create lasting memories for you and your family to cherish for years to come.

Alexander was such a cute little peanut for his session! He slept and posed so well for me but decided to wake up towards the end of our session and he sure had some opinions to share with me! Ha! Fortunately, he decided to go back to sleep for me and let me pose away. I can't help but love his awake shots so much though! Getting great eye contact from a newborn is pure gold! I can't wait to see how much he will have changed when we take his one-year images. Welcome to the world little guy! You are so loved!

Ivy is one of our baby planners that I am so fortunate to work with during her first year! She looks just like her brother did at this age! I always joke with Mom that she literally birthed the same baby twice! Ha! She was very, very serious (you don’t need to smile when you are as cute as she is!) but thankfully she gave us a few smiles (thank you, big brother, Grant!) once she warmed up, even though she has the cutest little serious face ever!

She loved showing off her new toe-grabbing skills and also how well she was sitting up all on her own already at 6 months old! I think she wants to be a big kid just like her big bro! You can tell she loves him so much. It was so cute! Thank you baby girl for such a fun session! I can’t wait to see you for your cake smash in a few short months! :-)
